Our Founding
Founded in 1948 by William C. Demetree Sr. and Jack Demetree in Jacksonville, Florida, Demetree Builders quickly became synonymous with quality construction and real estate development. Evolving over the decades, the company expanded its services, leading to its renaming as Demetree Properties in 1978. By 2012, reflecting its broader reach, it became Demetree Global.
