Partnership with Pinnacle Hotel Management for investment in Marriott, one of the world's largest hotel brands. Presently, Demetree is invested in 5 Marriott properties.

Investment made in Carlton Arms of North Lakeland (950 apartment units) and Carlton Arms of Ocala (860 apartment units).

Acquisition of a strategic plot along high-traffic Interstate 4 in Maitland, Florida, later leased for the construction of a Tesla dealership in2015.

Acquisition of the iconic Park Plaza Gardens restaurant on Park Avenue in Winter Park, FL.

Investment made in Carlton Arms of Winter Haven (1,000 apartment units)
2006
Inception of investment in a unique attraction named Wonder Works. Presently, holdings include investments in over 5 Wonder Works attractions across the United States.

Acquisition of Wintergate Square in Winter Park, FL, with a subsequent relocation of operations to that location by Demetree.

Formation of a partnership with three other investors to construct Heritage Park, a 3-story Class A office building in Winter Park, Florida.
2010
Investment in luxury multi-family apartments in Winter Garden, Florida, with Windermere Cay (380+ units), conveniently situated just down the road from Disney World.
2012
Acquisition of Douglas Center, a Class A, 12-story office condominium building in Coral Gables, located in the Miami area.
2016
Investment in a significant portion of Winter Park's historic Hannibal Square, a mixed-use neighborhood showcasing unique restaurants, shops, and condos.

Acquisition of the TD Building, a

Successful completion of construction for The Shoppes at Collegiate Village, a Class A retail property less than a mile from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL.

Collaborative partnership leads to the construction of The Celeste Hotel, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, at the University of Central Florida, the first on-campus upscale hotel.

Groundbreaking for The Paseo at Collegiate Village, a 63-acre mixed-use development at the main entrance to the University of Central Florida.
