Notre fondation
Fondée en 1948 par William C. Demetree Sr. et Jack Demetree à Jacksonville, en Floride, Demetree Builders est rapidement devenue synonyme de construction et de développement immobilier de qualité. Évoluant au fil des décennies, la société a étendu ses services, ce qui lui a valu de devenir Demetree Properties en 1978. En 2012, reflétant sa portée plus large, elle est devenue Demetree Global.

Heritage Park est notamment le siège de Demetree Global.
